By downloading or using the KLAP mobile application ("App"), accessing our website, or using our services, you automatically agree with our Terms of Service. If you are a parent or legal guardian, you are responsible for your child's use of the App and agree to these terms on their behalf.

2. Use by Children
KLAP is designed for early childhood learning. While the App is intended for children, the registration and purchase process must be done by a parent or legal guardian. We rely on parents to supervise their children's use of the App.

3. Subscriptions & Payments
- Free Trial: We offer a free trial period (72 hours / 3 days) of free use of the App with unlimited access to its features.
- Billing: Payments are processed through the Apple App Store.

4. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of KLAP. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and laws of both the United Kingdom and other countries.

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make big changes, we'll do our best to let you know. If you keep using KLAP after the update, it means you automatically agree with the new Terms of Service.
